Return & Exchange Policy

At Ovisha Jewels, we are committed to providing high-quality fashion jewelry. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns & Refund

We don't offer any refund policy currently only exchange can applicable.Ā 

Due to hygiene and product safety reasons, we generally do not accept returns on artificial jewelry unless the product is:

  • Damaged during delivery
  • Defective or broken upon arrival
  • Incorrect item received

If you receive any of the above, please contact us within 24Ā hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the product and unpackaging video.

Please Note:Ā We offer a Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) option for your convenience. But COD shipping chargesĀ (Rs.99) are non refundableĀ in case of cancellation. And the cancelled request can't be accepted after the dispatch product, however if you want to cancel the order or deny to accept the parcel & the RTO charges will be deducted from your refund amount and the rest amount will return to your original payment method.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • You received the wrong item.

The original invoice, packing, and tags must all be intact upon that packaging.
The product shouldn't have any blemishes or defects.
Make sure the product's embellishments are in good condition.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hoursĀ  of delivery. Once approved, the replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost, subject to stock availability.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products used, worn, or damaged after delivery.
  • Items without original packaging or tags.
  • Products purchased during clearance sales or special promotional offers (unless received damaged or incorrect).
  • Requests made after the specified time period.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 12hrs from placed order & only before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.Ā 

Refund Policy

We don't offer any refund policy currently only exchange can applicable. In few case Refunds are processed only if:

  • The replacement product is unavailable.
  • The products are out of stock.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5ā€“7 business days after approval.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer support with:

  • Order Number
  • Full Name
  • Registered Mobile Number or Email
  • Photos and an unboxing video showing the issue

Important Notes

  • An unboxing video is recommended and may be required to verify claims for damaged or missing items.
  • Slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings and lighting conditions.
  • We reserve the right to reject any request that does not meet the above conditions.
